Custom software development for the way your business works
Internal tools, back-office platforms and integrations, built by senior engineers in Sarajevo for companies in Bosnia, Germany and the EU. Fixed-price phases, weekly demos, and a team that stays after launch.
Off-the-shelf software fits the average company. Most companies are not average. When your dispatching lives in a spreadsheet, your ERP cannot talk to your warehouse, or your team re-types the same order into three systems, you do not need another licence. You need software built around the process you actually run. That is what we do, and we have done it for more than seven years.
Elevate Solutions is a software development company in Sarajevo. We build custom software for companies in Bosnia, Germany and the EU, with senior engineers only. The people you meet in discovery are the people who write the code. We also build and run our own products, PatchBee and DesAIgner, so we know what it takes to keep software alive after launch, not just to ship version one.
01
What we build
Most of our custom software development work falls into three groups: internal tools that replace spreadsheets and email threads, integrations that connect the systems you already own, and platforms that have outgrown their first version. We work in TypeScript and .NET on PostgreSQL, with Next.js on the front end, because those are tools we can still support in ten years. We pick the boring, proven option whenever it does the job.
Internal tools and back-office platforms: order management, planning, approvals, reporting
Integrations with ERP, CRM and legacy systems over REST or SOAP APIs, file exchange or direct database access
Customer and partner portals with role-based access and audit trails
Replacement of ageing systems, migrated in stages so the business keeps running
Long-term maintenance and evolution of software we built or inherited

How we work
Every project runs through the same four phases. Discover takes 1 to 2 weeks: workshops with your team, a written brief, and a fixed-price estimate for the next phase. Design covers architecture, UX and the roadmap, validated with you before we write code. Build runs in sprints with a demo every week and direct contact with the engineers, no black boxes and no account layer in between. Elevate starts at launch: we monitor, optimize and scale, and the team that built the system stays on. You can stop after any phase and keep everything we produced.
Discover. Workshops with your team to define scope, risks and what success means. You get a written brief and a fixed-price estimate for the next phase.
03
What you get
You get working software, but also everything around it that makes it yours. We hand over the repository, the documentation and the deployment pipeline, and we write code your next team could read without us. Nothing we build depends on a licence or a person you cannot replace.
A written brief and a fixed-price estimate before each phase
Source code in your repository from day one, with tests and CI
Technical documentation, environment setup and runbooks
A weekly demo and a staging environment you can open any time
Support and maintenance retainers after launch, if you want them
04
Who this is for
Custom software is worth it when the process is specific to your business and the cost of doing it by hand keeps growing. It is usually the wrong choice when a standard tool already covers most of what you need, and we will tell you so in Discover. Custom software development in Bosnia also makes sense for German and EU companies that want a senior team in their own time zone.
Mid-sized companies in Bosnia, Germany and the EU with a process no standard product fits
Operations, logistics and manufacturing teams still running on spreadsheets and email
Companies whose ERP or CRM has to talk to other systems
Owners of ageing software that nobody dares to touch

Frequently asked questions
It depends on scope, which is why we do not quote from a phone call. Discover takes 1 to 2 weeks and ends with a written brief and a fixed-price estimate for the next phase. You know the number before you commit, and you can stop after any phase.
You do. The code lives in your repository from the first sprint, with the documentation, the tests and the deployment pipeline. If you ever decide to move on, another team can pick it up without asking us. We think that is the only honest way to sell custom software.
Yes, and that is a large part of what we do. We have connected custom tools to ERP, CRM and legacy systems through APIs, file exchange and direct database access. In Discover we check what your systems actually expose, so the integration plan rests on facts rather than vendor brochures.
The team stays. Elevate is the fourth phase of every project: we monitor the system, fix what breaks, and keep improving it on a roadmap we review with you. Support and maintenance retainers cover exactly this phase, and our 98% client retention is built on it.

Send a short brief. A senior engineer replies within one business day with next steps and, if useful, a rough estimate.
Buy a ready-made product or build something tailored to how you work? A clear, vendor-neutral framework for making the build-versus-buy decision with confidence.
Most products don't fail because the idea was bad. They fail because the team built the wrong version in private for a year. Here's how to get to a shipped MVP without wasting months.
