Web and mobile app development that holds up under real users
Web applications, portals and iOS and Android apps that load fast, look right and pass accessibility audits. Built in Sarajevo by senior engineers for companies in Bosnia, Germany and the EU.
A customer-facing product is judged in the first three seconds. If the page is slow, the form breaks on a phone, or a screen reader cannot get past the menu, the user leaves and your support inbox fills up. We build web and mobile apps that are measured against those things from the first sprint: load time, correctness on real devices, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility.
Web development and mobile app development are the core of what Elevate Solutions does from Sarajevo for companies in Bosnia, Germany and the EU. The team is senior only, and the engineers you meet in discovery are the ones who ship the product. We also run our own web products, PatchBee and DesAIgner, which keeps us honest about performance, uptime and what users actually click.
01
What we build
We build the product your customers, partners or employees open every day: web applications and portals, native-feeling iOS and Android apps, and the design system that keeps all of them consistent. Next.js is our default for the web, Angular when your team already runs on it, React Native for mobile, and Tailwind for styling. One codebase per platform, shared components where that is honest, and no framework chosen for its novelty.
Web applications and customer or partner portals with authentication, roles and billing
iOS and Android apps in React Native, published to the App Store and Google Play
Design systems and component libraries your team can keep building on
WCAG 2.2 accessibility, tested with keyboards and screen readers, not just a checker
Performance work on existing apps: Core Web Vitals, bundle size, slow queries
Front ends for existing APIs and back-office systems

How we work
Every app runs through the same four phases. Discover takes 1 to 2 weeks: workshops on users, flows and constraints, a written brief and a fixed-price estimate for the next phase. Design produces the architecture, the UX and a clickable prototype you can put in front of real users before a line of code exists. Build runs in sprints with a weekly demo on staging, direct communication with the engineers and no black boxes. Elevate starts at launch: we monitor Core Web Vitals, crashes and app store reviews, fix what hurts and keep improving on a roadmap we review with you. The team stays after go-live.
Discover. Workshops with your team to define scope, risks and what success means. You get a written brief and a fixed-price estimate for the next phase.
03
What you get
You get a product that works on the devices your users actually own, and everything needed to keep it that way. Code, pipelines, store accounts and design files are yours, documented well enough for your next hire to continue without us.
A clickable prototype and a technical design before Build starts
Source code in your repository with automated tests and CI/CD to staging and production
App Store and Google Play listings set up under your own accounts
An accessibility report against WCAG 2.2 AA with the fixes already applied
Performance budgets and monitoring, so regressions show up before users complain
Design system and Figma files handed over with the code

Who this is for
This service fits companies whose product or customer relationship lives on a screen, and whose current app is either too slow, too hard to change, or not there yet. It is less useful if a well-configured website builder already does the job, and we will say so.
Companies in Bosnia, Germany and the EU launching a customer portal, marketplace or SaaS product
Businesses whose mobile app needs a rebuild because nobody can maintain the old one
Public and regulated organisations that must meet WCAG 2.2 accessibility
Founders with a validated idea who need a senior team to ship version one

Frequently asked questions
Start with the question of where your users are and what the app needs from the device. Most B2B products do well as a responsive web app, which is cheaper to run and update. We recommend React Native when you need push notifications, offline work, camera or store presence. We settle this in Discover, with numbers.
A focused first version of a web or mobile app usually takes a few months from Discover to launch, depending on scope and integrations. Discover itself is 1 to 2 weeks and ends with a written brief, a fixed-price estimate and a realistic timeline, which we then keep.
Both. Design is the second phase of every project: UX flows, a clickable prototype and a design system, validated with you and ideally with a handful of real users before Build starts. If you already have a designer or brand guidelines, we work inside them and build the component library to match.
Yes. We start with a short technical review of the code, the pipeline and the store setup, then write down what should be fixed first and what can wait. Some apps are worth a gradual rebuild, others just need tests and a release process. You get that recommendation in writing before any commitment.

Most products don't fail because the idea was bad. They fail because the team built the wrong version in private for a year. Here's how to get to a shipped MVP without wasting months.
